Technician / Installer

DFA Performance is looking for a skilled and passionate Automotive Technician / Mechanic to join our team. If you live and breathe performance cars and love working on unique, high-powered builds, this is your chance to turn your passion into a career! Every week brings new challenges, from high-performance installs to custom fabrication—no two projects are the same.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform installations of parts, including wheels, tires, exhausts, intakes, suspension, forced induction systems, etc.
  • Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of performance vehicles
  • Assist in custom fabrication and one-off builds
  • Ensure all work meets DFA Performance’s high-quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work efficiently with the team to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

  • Team player who is career minded
  • Has a positive attitude
  • Automotive technology experience
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Possess an extremely high attention to detail
  • A general understand of aftermarket suspension and performance parts
